Totally get it. My uncle's old truck is proof. You could fix half the engine with a wrench and a swear jar. Now a single sensor goes bad and the whole computer throws a fit. They don't build things to be fixed anymore, just replaced.

Isn't it wild how every time tech makes something easier, we totally forget how hard it used to be? It happens with everything now, like remembering phone numbers or reading a paper map. Back then you had to actually know how to star hop and manually guide for like an hour, it was a whole skill that just got erased lol. For plants that never recover, in my experience, gently loosening the root ball first helps a lot.
