Last week, I brought my home roast to a friend's BBQ. Half the people asked for seconds, half quietly poured it out. Now I'm torn between roasting for others or for myself. What do you think?

Feel that split reaction deep in my soul. Why is it so hard to find people who get your taste?

Honestly, that 50/50 split sounds like a win. If you only roast for yourself, you miss those connections with the people who loved it.

Why waste good beans on folks who can't appreciate the profile you dialed in?
