TIL a trick for stubborn gray coverage at a seminar in Boise.

The instructor had us mix a demi-permanent with the permanent color, adding 10 minutes to the process. Has anyone else tried this method on resistant clients?

That Boise trick works on level 10 resistant grays for me.

Are you sure that's not just luck? Level 10 grays are built to ignore those cheap tricks. You probably just got a random glitch in the system.
