Just hit 1000 units of color sold this year at my chair

I was doing my end of month numbers and the total shocked me. It's only April and I've already moved that much permanent and demi color. I think it's because I started a 'color refresh' package for existing clients, which is just a quick root touch-up and gloss for $85. It books out fast and keeps people on a regular schedule. Has anyone else tried a similar package to boost their color sales?

Nice! I did a "color membership" last year that sounds similar. Clients pay a flat monthly fee for a root touch-up and tone, and it locks them into a 6-week cycle. My color sales went up like 30% because it stopped the long gaps between appointments.

That's a solid plan, @dakotaknight. I set up something almost the same and it totally changed my book. Getting people on a regular schedule is the real win, way more than just the up-front money. My clients love knowing their cost won't change and I love knowing exactly who's coming in. It just makes the whole week run smoother.
