I keep seeing people post about 'time skips' that are just bad memory
A lot of posts here describe losing an hour or a day, but they never check their phone's screen time report first. Mine showed I spent 4 hours straight on social media last Tuesday, which explained my whole 'missing afternoon'. Has anyone else actually checked their data before posting?

My screen time report last week showed 6 hours on a single puzzle app, which was a real wake up call. The data doesn't lie, but I get why people jump to a stranger idea first. It's easier to think about a glitch in reality than to face how much time we actually waste. Checking your phone's data should be the first step before posting about lost time.

Checking my screen time is like opening a mystery box where the prize is shame. My own report last month had a solid three hour block just cycling between the same three apps, which I had totally written off as a weird time skip. @emmajackson is right, the data is brutally honest. It's easier to blame the universe than admit I spent an entire evening watching short videos about baking fails and then staring at my own dark phone screen. The real glitch is in my own attention span, not the clock.
