Update: Morning stretches keep my back happy for flower arranging
I spend five minutes stretching my back and shoulders before I start. It makes a big difference in how I feel by the end of the day.

Does it ever really work for anyone? I tried it a bunch of times and got nothing out of it, just like you said. It feels like you follow all the steps and still end up right where you started. I even asked for help online, but the advice never clicked for me. Maybe some things just don't live up to the talk, you know?
