Hand cramps from all the ribbon tying
I wrapped over fifty bouquets for a wedding last Saturday. My hands are still sore and stiff today. What do you do to stop your hands from hurting?

Ever see what happens to a friend who crochets for hours? She soaks her hands in warm water with Epsom salt, then rubs this strong menthol gel into her palms. Says it feels like ice and fire but it works.
