Just realized I've laid over 10,000 square feet of that tricky click-lock vinyl plank
I was updating my job log from the last few months and the total surprised me. It's the kind of stuff that used to take me forever to get the seams right, but now it feels automatic. Anyone else have a material that just clicked for them after a certain point?

That "feels automatic" stage is real. For me it was drywall mud. Went from hating every minute to just zoning out and getting it smooth. What's the trickiest part of that click lock you still run into sometimes?

Honestly, the worst part is still getting the first plank perfectly straight. If that starter row is off by even a little bit, the whole room's angle goes weird. You end up with a gap you can't fix without pulling everything up.
