Appreciation post: a client's simple question about my grout lines
A homeowner in Tempe asked me why the lines looked 'wavy' on a diagonal tile job last month. I realized I was eyeballing the spacing on long runs instead of using a spacer every single time. Anyone else have a tiny habit they broke after getting called out?

Keep a spacer in your back pocket, it'll save you from those wavy lines.
