I thought a home warranty was a total scam, but mine just covered a $1200 AC repair in Phoenix last week.
Has anyone else had a good experience with a specific warranty company, or did I just get lucky?

That "total scam" feeling is so real, I've been there. It's a huge relief when they actually come through like that. Glad yours worked out when you needed it.
