Just realized my stiff fabric prom dress idea has people divided

I recently sketched a prom dress using a stiff fabric to hold its shape. Half my friends love the bold look, saying it really stands out. The other half worry it won't be comfy or fun to dance in. I'm stuck between making a statement and making sure it's practical. Where do you stand on this in your own designs?

Honestly go for the stiff fabric! Yeah it might feel a bit different but that bold shape is gonna look so cool in photos. You can always take breaks dancing lol.

I always picked comfort over style before, but seeing photos from last year's wedding changed my mind. The stiff fabric really does look better. How long were those dance breaks, though?
