Warning: I tried a 30% glycolic peel on a client with 'tough' skin and it went super wrong
She insisted she could handle it, but after 4 minutes we had to neutralize and she was red for a week... learned that self-diagnosed 'tough skin' means nothing without a proper patch test first. Anyone else have a client who totally misjudged their own tolerance?
