The week I accidentally gave 3 clients the same eyebrow shape and nobody said a word
Last Tuesday I was in a total fog, hadn't slept well, and just went on autopilot. Did three brow wax and tint appointments back to back. At the end of the day I looked at my photos and realized all three brows were identical. Same arch, same thickness, everything. These were totally different face shapes too. One lady has a round face, one has a long oval, one has a heart shape. They all left happy and tipped me. Nobody complained. I felt so bad but also kinda laughed at myself. Has anyone else had a brain fog day where you just repeated the same service on everyone?

Did the customer actually appreciate you owning it, or did they get more annoyed that there were mistakes in the first place?
