Finally got my wax pot temp dialed in after a year of guessing

I used to just wing it and hope for the best, but after a client in Tulsa mentioned it felt too hot last fall, I started using a digital thermometer. Anyone else have a sweet spot they aim for with hard wax?

Yeah, that whole "feels too hot" thing... I had a client flinch once and I felt so bad, I almost gave her the service for free. Now I keep my pot at like 140, but honestly I still check it with my wrist like I'm testing baby formula.
