Picked a Square D panel over Schneider for my basement rough-in

I was wiring a new basement last week and had to choose between a Square D QO and a Schneider Homeline. Both were similar price but the QO had that double break design I like. Went with the Square D in the end. Got the whole thing done in 6 hours and every breaker snapped in smooth. Anyone else stick with one brand even if the other is a few bucks cheaper?

QO breakers just FEEL better in the hand, that double break is legit. Had a Homeline arc fault trip on me for no reason once and never looked back. Square D all day for me, price be damned.

Huh. I always figured the QO was just paying for the name, but you make a good point about that double break. Might have to give them another look.
