The hype around a certain sushi spot on 124th was actually true...
I usually roll my eyes when everyone keeps posting about the same place, but my buddy dragged me to that spot near 124th street last Friday... told me the line is worth it. We waited 45 minutes outside, which I thought was insane, but the torched salmon nigiri was honestly the best I've had in Edmonton, maybe ever. The chef actually explained how he sources the fish from the ocean side, not the frozen stuff. Has anyone else been pleasantly surprised by a place they went in hating on?
