Can we talk about those peel and stick backsplash tiles?

I wasted $120 on a set for my kitchen last month. They looked great for a week, then the edges started lifting and now they're a sticky mess. Has anyone actually had these hold up over time?

Wait, you spent $120 on those things? That's way more than I thought they'd cost. I almost bought some for my bathroom but backed out because the reviews were so bad. People said they bubbled up near the sink from the steam, or just slid right off the wall after a few days. Sounds like you got the full, sticky experience.

Yeah, the "full sticky experience" is putting it nicely. I should have read those reviews about the bubbling, but I was too excited by the pictures. Now I have a wall that looks like it has a skin condition.
