Hit a stud with my screw gun at a wierd angle and it snapped the bit

I was installing board in a tight hallway last Tuesday and my screw gun kept grabbing at a bad angle, snapped three bits before I tried holding the screw with a putty knife to keep it straight. Has anyone else rigged up a guide for those tight spots where you can't get a straight shot?

Try switching to a shorter bit next time to stop the wobble

Did you always think that too, @the_angela? I used to be all about a bigger bit for more control, but watching your video (and trying what you said) totally flipped my thinking.
