My neighbor's constant complaints about noise taught me to manage dredge crew gripes
I now address small issues before they blow up on site.

Letting things blow up builds tougher teams anyway.

That "tougher teams" idea misses how constant chaos just wears people down. If every problem has to blow up before it's fixed, good people leave because they're tired of the drama (not tougher, just gone). You end up with a burned out group, not a strong one.

My old foreman used to let things boil over and we lost three good operators in a month. I mean, willowp93 is right, it just burns people out until they quit. You don't build a tough team, you just build a tired one.
