Vent: My old way of handling revision clouds was a total joke

For years, I'd just freehand a squiggly polyline around changes, which looked like a toddler drew it after three cups of coffee. Then, about six months ago, a guy named Carl at a job in Phoenix saw my drawing and just laughed, showing me the proper cloud command in my own software. Now my markups actually look professional and don't cause confusion. Anyone else have a basic feature they ignored for way too long?
