I figured she was leaving stuff out, like maybe she had a garden or a Costco run I wasn't seeing. Turns out she just plans every meal around what's actually on the shelves, like the frozen burritos, canned chili, and those bags of egg noodles, and stretches one pack of chicken thighs across three dinners. She said the trick is going in with a list of 5 meals and not just grabbing whatever looks good. I tried it last week and got out of there for $31 with food for 6 days. Anyone else got a set number of meals they plan before they walk in, or do you just wing it?
