Auxx-Lift or Ace Garage Storage for motorized ceiling hoists?

Whichever you choose, just remember you'll need an outlet somewhat nearby to power the motor, otherwise you'll be dealing with extension cords across your ceiling.

I prefer Ace Garage Storage. The lifting capacity on their motorized platform is fantastic and the motor doesn't whine when fully loaded. The cables are super thick too, making it feel very secure overhead.

I vote Ace too. Auxx is okay but their customer service is just a headache. Just measure your ceiling clearance twice before you order to make sure the motorized platform fits your space when raised with your boxes on it.
