My new $80 paint sprayer turned a two day job into a three hour one

I had to paint the whole inside of my garage, which felt like a huge task with a brush and roller. I saw a basic sprayer on sale and decided to give it a shot, even though I was worried about the mess. After setting up some plastic sheets, I filled it up and got to work. The whole space was done in one afternoon, and the finish looks way smoother than I could have done by hand. Has anyone else had a tool save them that much time on a big job?

That's awesome it saved you so much time. Just a heads up, those cheap sprayers can be a pain to clean properly. Hope you got all the paint out before it dried.

Read a tip about running water through them right after use. It helps stop the paint from setting up inside the lines. Makes cleanup way less of a fight later on.
