TIL my bargain monitor arm can't handle a 32 inch screen
Picked up a used ultrawide for $80 on Craigslist last Sunday. Threw it on my old monitor arm from Amazon that I got for like $35. Woke up Monday morning and the whole thing had sagged so bad the monitor was basically touching my desk lol. Had to prop it up with some books while I ordered a proper heavy duty arm for $60. Guess you really can't cheap out when it's a bigger screen. Anyone else made this mistake with a budget arm?

Propping it up with books worked for me too while I waited for a heavy duty gas spring arm.
