Spent $45 on a chain tool that broke on the first use...
Honestly, I grabbed one of those cheap chain tools off Amazon thinking it'd save me a trip to the shop. Tried to break my chain on my old Schwinn and the pin snapped right off after three links. Anyone got a chain tool that actually holds up for under $30?
My buddy tried that same trick on his Huffy and the tool literally split in half like a wet cracker. Now he just uses a metal file and a hammer like it's 1985.
