I finally figured out why my work days went sideways in Medellin, and it was my mornings, not my wifi
For 3 months I rolled out of bed and opened the laptop right at 9, and I was fried by 1pm every single day. Now I eat breakfast and walk 20 minutes to a cafe before touching email, and I get more done by noon than I used to in a whole day. Anyone else notice the walk matters more than the desk?
Totally with you on that. In my experience a short walk before opening the laptop clears my head way more than any coffee ever did, though your mileage may vary.
