My bank called about a login from Florida, but I was in Ohio the whole time

I got a fraud alert from my bank last Tuesday about a login attempt from Miami. The thing is, I've been using the same password, 'Summer2021!', for three different accounts for years. I always thought adding the exclamation point made it strong enough. Has anyone else had a wake-up call like this about password reuse?

Just saw a thing online about how hackers test stolen passwords on every site at once. They get one from a data leak and just try it on your email, your bank, everything. That exclamation point trick is old news to them. It really hit me that a password manager is the only way to go now. I had to change like fifty passwords last year after a breach, it was a nightmare. You should check if your email is in any known leaks, that's probably how they got you.

My cousin's bank account got drained last month from reused passwords. It's scary how fast those stolen credentials get passed around.
