@sarahs27, that question hits HARD. What specific situation has you thinking about lawsuits? It's a genuine fear for a lot of people because legal stuff can be a TOTAL nightmare. The costs alone are enough to ruin someone, not to mention the stress. Have you seen this happen to someone you know? Being careful is key, but sometimes trouble finds you anyway.
