Took me 6 hours to figure out a toner lift issue on level 8 hair
Ngl, I thought I knew my color theory cold until a client in Austin asked for ash blonde and her hair pulled brass no matter what I did. Tried three different toners and finally realized it was the well water buildup, has anyone else hit that wall and what did you use to strip it?
