Buddy in my shop made me rethink the moon landing stuff

Been a fabricator for about 15 years now and always rolled my eyes at moon landing deniers. But last Tuesday my friend Mike, who does camera work for NASA subcontractors, showed me some footage timing quirks in the original broadcast. He pointed out a 2 second delay that doesn't match the radio transmission lag they claimed back then. Not saying I'm a full blown believer now, but it gave me pause. Anybody else have a random conversation that cracked open a doubt you thought was solid?

Them timing quirks are worth paying attention to. I had a similar moment when a buddy who works with high speed cameras pointed out that the flag waving and dust patterns don't match what you'd expect in a vacuum. It really got me looking closer at the footage and questioning things I'd just accepted before.
