I was dead set against buying a pressure washer until my fence looked like a moss farm

For years I thought borrowing a brush and hose from the tool library was good enough. Then I spent $180 on a used electric pressure washer from Craigslist (Rigid brand, nothing fancy). After three hours of blasting green gunk off the back fence, I realized I'd been wasting entire weekends scrubbing by hand for basically zero results. Has anyone else found that a cheap pressure washer saves way more time than you'd expect for outdoor cleanup jobs?
