TIL my $8 blade grinder was ruining my pour overs, so I finally got a burr one
I could not figure out why my coffee tasted like muddy water for 3 weeks, and then a barista in Portland pointed at my grinder and laughed. Now my cups taste way cleaner, but did anyone else wait way too long to make this switch?
