Found a coffee cart in Portland that only uses beans from one farm

I was walking around the Pearl District last month and saw a small cart with a line. The barista told me they only serve coffee from Finca El Injerto in Guatemala, and they change the roast every two weeks. I got a pour-over that tasted like dark chocolate and orange, which was new for me. Has anyone else found a spot that focuses on single farm beans like that?

Wow, that's the whole hyper-specific trend right there. It's like craft beer but for coffee, where the story is as important as the drink. Makes you feel like you're tasting a real place.

Ugh YES it's everywhere now! My local bakery started selling "single-origin flour" bread with a whole farm story on the tag. Can't just eat a muffin anymore.
