Rant: Our street's big tree planting day turned into a mud wrestling match
We organized a community event to plant trees for carbon capture, but a sudden downpour turned the whole lot into a slippery mess, with people sliding everywhere. I believe these flashy group projects often waste more resources than they save, a view that gets me funny looks from the green crowd. Been there. I once tried to grow veggies on my balcony and only succeeded in making a snail paradise. Good intentions, messy results.
