Just saw my city's new heat map and the number hit me hard
Honestly, I looked at the climate report for Phoenix and it said we had 54 days over 110 degrees last year. I knew it was hot, but seeing that exact count made it real. It's not just a bad summer, it's a clear shift that's already here. Has your area put out any local data that made you stop and think?

Yeah, our heat map just looked like a toddler got hold of a red crayon and went nuts. Really drives home the whole "we live in an oven now" thing.

Man, that's a wild number to see written down. My cousin in Tucson was just telling me how their monsoon season barely showed up last year, and all the old timers say that never used to happen.
