Remember when we used to just knock on doors in the fall?

Back in '98, my whole route in Springfield was just driving neighborhoods and asking if folks needed a sweep, and I'd get maybe 2 jobs a day. Now, I get 90% of my work from a simple website and people texting photos of their chimneys. Honestly, do you think the personal touch is completely gone, or is it just different now?

Personal touch is just different now" is a really interesting way to put it.

Honestly, "personal touch" now just means remembering my coffee order.
