PSA: Used a cheap cordless trim nailer for a week, then switched to a proper framing nailer
The trim nailer kept jamming on every third shot with 16d nails. Borrowed my buddy's framing nailer and finished the whole shed wall in an hour. Anyone else have a tool that just can't handle the bigger jobs?

It's the same with cheap kitchen knives, they just can't handle real work.

Been there. Grabbed a cheap knife set once and the blade chipped on a butternut squash. They just don't hold an edge, you're sharpening them every week. Spend a bit more on one good chef's knife and it changes everything. It stays sharp and actually cuts through things like potato skins without slipping.
