Took a 9AM flight to Denver for a client meeting, got the time zone wrong for the 4th time

I showed up an hour early to a room full of confused accountants because our calendar app auto-adjusted but their old system didn't, so now I double-check every meeting time in the invite's raw text before booking travel, has anyone else been burned by that sync mismatch?

Three time zones later I just showed up to my own kitchen for a meeting that was on Zoom.
