Told my boss the new scheduling system was a disaster three months ago. Now they're blaming me for the chaos.

I flagged the issues with that software back in September after the first pilot run. Now the rollout is a dumpster fire and my manager pulled me aside yesterday asking why I didn't speak up sooner. Has anyone else had a manager conveniently forget when you warned them?

Same thing happened to me. Emailed my supervisor a whole month before the deadline, now he acts like I never said a word.

Wait, do you think your supervisor actually forgot or is he just pretending not to have seen it? I mean, sometimes people read stuff and then just don't respond, but it's still kinda on them if they didn't follow up.
