I just billed 100 hours in a single month for the first time

I run a small landscaping company and usually average around 70 hours of billable work. Last month, a mix of spring clean-ups and two new big jobs in the suburbs pushed me over that line. Has anyone else hit a work volume that felt like a real turning point?

Hitting that kind of volume really changes how you see your capacity. It proves you can handle more than you thought before.

Proves you can handle more" feels like a stretch. I've had months like that, and sometimes it's just luck with the weather and a couple clients needing work at the same time. Next month you could be back to 60 hours if it rains every week. It's a good month, but a turning point? That's only if you can keep it up.
