Customer said "you just plug it in" and I almost lost it
Had a lady in Overland Park yesterday watch me terminate a 200ft run and swear the signal would work with a loose connector, she said "my nephew does it at home in 5 minutes." Spent 20 minutes explaining why her nephew's YouTube special won't pass a 1GHz sweep, has anyone else had to tell a customer their DIY fix was the actual problem?
