Appreciation post: That perfect attic pull job today

Had to run a 50-foot coax through a finished attic in a house from 1987 in Arlington. Every joist bay was wide open and the insulation was already pulled back from a previous job. Anyone else ever get a job that just works out with zero headaches?

Man, that attic in Arlington sounds like a unicorn. I pulled a 60-footer through a house in Clarendon last month and it was like the previous guy had laid out a red carpet for me. The joist bays were all clear, the insulation was neatly bagged up on the side, and there was even a work light already hung up. I felt like I was in some kind of alternate universe where attics don't hate you. It's those jobs that make you forget about the other nine attics where you're sweating in a Tyvek suit and fighting fiberglass the whole time.
