PSA: My neighbor's sagging cabinet door fix showed me a common hinge mistake
He asked me to look at his kitchen cabinets because the doors wouldn't close right. Turns out, the hinges were mounted unevenly from the factory (you know, like one side was off by a hair). How do you guys handle factory defects in pre-made cabinets?

Shipping damage can look like factory defects.

My last package arrived with a huge smash in the side of the box, @xenajones. The corner of the item inside was crushed, but the factory wrap underneath was still perfectly sealed and torn from the outside hit. It really showed how the shipping process can cause problems that get blamed on the maker.
