A client in Denver once told me my drawer pulls looked like 'little chrome bugs'.
I had installed a set of modern, geometric pulls on a walnut dresser, thinking they were sleek. She said it with a laugh, but it made me see them completely differently. Now I always show clients three hardware options in person before ordering. Has a funny comment ever made you change a small part of your process?
