Our Tuesday order sheet said 42 cases, one phone call proved it was 24
Standing in the stockroom at 6am in Columbus, I watched two guys load a pallet for an order that was never real, all because nobody checked the count against last month. Now I walk the floor myself before the trucks get loaded, and the miss rate went from 9 a month to 1. How are you all catching bad counts before they cost you a delivery?
Nothing like a 6am pallet party for an order that ghosted you. Walking the floor before loading sounds boring but apparently it beats playing detective at 42 cases of nothing.
