Couldn't make sense of my daily logs, then a friend's tip cleared it up
My daily pages were a chaotic mix of scribbles and half done tasks. It made me avoid opening my journal at all. She said to just use a plain dot for anything I need to do. Now I mark it with an X when finished, and my whole system feels manageable.
The dot method is a good example. It cuts out the noise and lets you focus on what's done. I used it for habit tracking last month and it stuck. No fancy apps needed, just a pen and paper.
