Appreciation post: last month's chaotic week actually became my favorite spread
I had a week where everything went wrong - spilled coffee on Monday, missed a deadline on Tuesday, and my cat knocked over my ink on Wednesday. But tracking it all in my bullet journal with little doodles of each disaster turned that awful week into a spread I actually look back on and laugh at. Has anyone else found that logging bad days makes them feel less heavy?

Heard a therapist say logging bad days rewires your brain lol.

Tried logging bad days myself for a bit @taylor_patel, and I swear it did make a difference after a while. Started noticing patterns I never saw before, like how certain small stuff would throw off my whole week. Felt less like my brain was spinning its wheels and more like I was actually handling things. Hope you give it a shot, it's weirdly worth it.
