Found a cheap hostel in Tokyo that had FREE breakfast and dinner included

I was in Shinjuku last week and stumbled on this place near the Golden Gai area. It was $18 a night and they served curry every night plus toast and eggs in the morning. I saved like $40 a day on food alone. Has anyone else found a spot like this in other expensive cities?

I'd probably burn water if I tried making that myself, so $18 sounds like a steal.
