Just saw the best deal on bulk lentils at the co-op in Asheville
I was grabbing my usual stuff and they had a 5lb bag of brown lentils for $4.99, which is way cheaper than the grocery store. I'm thinking of making a huge batch of lentil soup to freeze for the week. What's your favorite cheap lentil recipe?

Oh man, that reminds me of the time I bought a giant bag of rice and weevils got into it. Had to throw the whole thing out, it was so gross lol.
