Took me 8 tries to get a brick arch right on a job in Nashville last month

Kept messing up the keystone angle and had to cut new bricks each time, has anyone else dealt with arch layouts taking way longer than you budget for?

Templets are your friend. Cut a full size plywood template for the arch and dry fit all your bricks on it before you ever mix mud. Saves a ton of time and wasted material.

Templates are fine but 8 tries sounds like you're overthinking it honestly.
